Craig M. Pitzi does whatever it takes to get a home prepped and ready for sale. In his many roles – Realtor, seller representative specialist, accredited buyer’s representative and accredited staging professional – he’s working alongside his clients as part of the team.

“I think clients are shocked to see how involved I become,” he says. “I’ve carried furniture, painted doors, raked yards and I don’t mind getting my hands dirty.”

Pitzi has been working in the real estate industry for eight years, first in appraisal and evaluation before becoming a Realtor. As part of Coldwell Banker Residential – Concord, Pitzi focuses on providing luxury-level service to sellers regardless of their price level and specializes in properties within the greater Boston area, including Cambridge, Somerville and the North Shore.

Having come from an appraisal background, Pitzi has a keen understanding of how to price a home for maximum success for all parties. “All of the staging and cupcakes in the world won’t sell a home that’s overpriced,” he says. Still, that doesn’t stop him from loving the process of transforming sellers’ homes to make them beautiful and attractive to prospective buyers.

For three years in a row, Pitzi has qualified for the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, and he is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, traveling and hiking.
