The Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® elected its 2026 governance board, with many familiar faces returning and some new figures coming to the forefront.

Steve Seaver of Kinlin Grover Compass will serve as 2026 president, replacing Todd Machnik, who will stay on as immediate past president. Jeffrey Clonts will act as the board’s dedicated president-elect while Kelly Marie fills the role of treasurer.

Newly elected directors include Brian Greer, who will direct small brokerages, and Ryan Mann, who will oversee large brokerages. Lisa Parenteau will join as director at-large.

CCIAOR also chose who will lead the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service in 2026. The new board of directors for the MLS will include Greg Kiely, Laura Clements, Kerrin LaFrance, Hildur Thompson, Robert Frangieh, Joe Rogers and Johnny Mowad.
