Kip LeBaron is a seasoned real estate professional who has been involved in the industry for 20 years and been a licensed Realtor for over 11 years. A desire to build relationships and help people drew LeBaron to real estate. He finds the process of helping clients achieve their goals to be very rewarding and enjoys educating and guiding people through the home-buying and selling processes.
LeBaron always knew he wanted to make a career out of real estate, though it took longer than he anticipated. He was a franchise business owner before getting his real estate license in 2014, and 2025 marks his ninth year with Lamacchia Realty. A full-service agent supported by a team that includes a dedicated marketing team, transaction coordinators, field agents and photographers, he mostly serves clients in Greater Boston and southern New Hampshire.
The majority of LeBaron’s business comes from clients seeking single-family homes and condos, but he also works with investors and builders. Over the course of 2024, a difficult year in the industry, he increased his number of high-end clients and reached a sales volume of $22 million.
LeBaron is a five-year Lamacchia Realty Top Producer and has been recognized in the 2024 Lamacchia Realty Presidents Club. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. An Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Seller Representative Specialist, he says his clients appreciate his attention to detail, responsiveness and communication.
