Matthew Foley, President

Fenway Property Advisors

Success in Boston’s competitive real estate market comes from more than just experience — it requires a deep knowledge of the area, strong negotiation skills and a commitment to guiding clients through every step of the process. With 16 years in the industry, Matthew Foley, president of Fenway Property Advisors, has built a reputation for delivering results with professionalism and precision.

Growing up on Boston’s North Shore, Foley was introduced to real estate at a young age, often accompanying his father to open houses and client meetings. He later lived in Fenway for nine years and has spent over a decade assisting clients across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Somerville and the North Shore. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors or those transitioning between the city and suburbs, he provides expert market insight and a seamless experience.

Foley’s business is built on repeat clients and referrals, a testament to his reputation for clear communication, proactive problem-solving and a high level of responsiveness. His clients often comment on how he simplifies even the most complex transactions, keeping them informed before they need to ask. In having both a brokerage and property management company, he brings a 360-degree perspective to the table, helping landlords, tenants and homeowners navigate every aspect of real estate.

In 2024, Foley expanded his business by launching an independent brokerage, a move that further cemented his ability to offer personalized, high-touch service. His experience in both sales and management gives him a unique advantage, allowing him to anticipate market trends and provide strategic advice beyond a single transaction.

Outside of real estate, Foley is a golf fanatic who enjoys playing in events and traveling to new courses. A lifelong musician, he spent several years playing drums in touring bands and still plays regularly. Foley currently lives in Winthrop with his wife and colleague, Haley, and their two Golden Retrievers, Sunny and Comet.
