by Liz Hughes

Maria Brogan has been chosen as the new executive vice president of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®.

“Maria’s immense experience, profound knowledge and clear passion made her an easy choice as the association’s new executive vice president,” said Greg Vasil, CEO of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. “The Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® will thrive under her leadership, and we look forward to all that is to come.”

Brogan brings nearly two decades of real estate industry leadership to the role. Before joining GBAR, she served as the CEO of the Northeast Association of REALTORS®, where she led an association rebrand, expanded member engagement and bolstered member resources. Brogan also served as executive director of McKenna Management Inc. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

“As the real estate industry continues to grapple with immense changes and challenges, it is an honor to lead this historic organization at an absolutely critical moment,” Brogan said. “I look forward to meeting Realtors across the dozens of Greater Boston communities we serve, providing them the knowledge and resources they need to thrive as ambassadors of their cities and towns.”
