Winchester Realtor Kim Covino realizes a home is the most-valuable asset many families have. It’s an important transaction, and having a trusted, experienced agent is key. Covino also understands that moving can be stressful, so she has a full-service team to handle everything from start to finish.

A stronghold of the Boston real estate industry for over 30 years, Covino says there’s simply no substitute for experience. She’s developed a great reputation with a proven track record—but it’s her dedication and immersion in her market community that really sets her apart from other agents.

Covino expanded her business this past year, adding a full-time staff to assist with processing, staging and marketing and added additional agents servicing various suburbs across the state. She also has a full-time team of contractors to help clients with projects of any size. Covino’s daughter, Jessica Silipo, joined her team in 2021, and the two now work happily alongside each other every day.

Covino currently resides in Winchester. After growing up in the Boston area, she met her husband, a long-time Winchester native, and made the decision to raise their three daughters there–a town with a stong community, energetic vibe and great schools, along with the convenience of being close to the city.

“Being integrated in the community, we have our finger on the pulse of the market,” Covino says. “We know about off-market properties and ‘coming soon’ listings. I feel the most accomplished when I am able to share my knowledge and experience with other agents and with clients. I am always happy to give advice and guidance.”

In addition to her successes in real estate, Covino and her husband own the Black Horse Tavern in Winchester and have successfully operated it for the past 12 years.
