Madison Park Development Corporation and the Mayor’s Office of Housing held a topping off ceremony for 75 Dudley St. The project will transform a vacant lot in Nubian Square into income-restricted condos and a ground-floor community amenity space.

The six one-bedroom, five two-bedroom and four three-bedroom condos will be homeownership opportunities, as opposed to rentals.

The development was made possible by PLAN: Nubian, a community-led planning initiative focused on revitalizing Nubian Square and surrounding neighborhoods. The group’s other development sites include 40–50 Warren St., 2147 Washington St. and 135 Dudley St.

“This new development will create safe, stable and affordable homeownership opportunities in Nubian Square,” said Boston’s Chief of Housing Sheila A. Dillon in a press release. “Alongside the leadership of partners like Madison Park Development Corporation, we are continuing to transform long-vacant parcels into homes and active neighborhood spaces that follow through on the community vision of PLAN: Nubian Square and that reflect the priorities of Roxbury residents.”
