Katie O’Neil and Rebecca Massi will serve as the next vice presidents of The Collaborative Companies, a Boston-based real estate development consulting and marketing firm.

O’Neil will oversee marketing and sales for a $900 million portfolio that includes The Ritz-Carlton Residences Boston, South Station Tower, The St. Regis Residences, The Maris and Tuscan Village.

Massi will lead creative strategy for $800 million in new residential development sales. Raffles Residences, The Parker, 1515 Commonwealth Ave and The Quinn are already part of her portfolio.
