The Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative (AHSC)marks its 25th anniversary this year. Since its founding, the nonprofit has created over 3,300 units of affordable housing in New England, primarily in Massachusetts.
Recent notable projects include Walnut Knoll, Columbia Uphams, Prospect Estates and Powdermill Village.
“Reaching our 25th anniversary is a testament to the continued support of our board of directors and dedicated staff, as well as the strong partnerships we have established to deliver on our mission to create and preserve affordable housing,” said Michael J. Mattos, president and executive director of AHSC. “Reflecting on our accomplishments and successes over the past 25 years is an inspiration to see how much more we can accomplish in our next 25 years!”
