Evan Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic, senior managing directors of Marcus & Millichap, arranged the sale of 11 Schubert St. in Boston’s Roslindale neighborhood.
The 11-unit, 9,360-square-foot multifamily property fetched $3,150,000. With a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, the building offers access to seven off-street parking spaces and a common laundry area.
Griffith and Pepdjonovic received five offers for the property, attributing its popularity to a desirable brick exterior and limited supply in the Roslindale area.
“The property offered a clear value-add strategy as more than half of the units were delivered vacant, allowing the buyer to begin renovations upon takeover,” Pepdjonovic said in a press release.
“There are a finite number of buildings with 10 or more units in Boston, and we continue to see 1960s- and 1970s-era brick construction as one of the most desirable asset types,” said Griffith.
