Modera Allston, a joint venture between Kayne Anderson Real Estate and Mill Creek Residential, will bring 240 apartments to Boston’s Allston neighborhood.

The six-story building will feature studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. Developers expect the project will be completed in 2028.
