The City of Boston Planning Department advanced approval for a mixed-use development at 15 Supertest St. in Charlestown that will feature a ground-floor grocery store and 32 apartments. Around 26 of the units will be income-restricted.

Developers plan to add landscaping and other improvements and provide $18,595 to the Boston Transportation Department for the city’s bikeshare system, as well as more than $102,000 in mitigation funding.

The building will be all electric and meet LEED Gold standards.
