Toll Brothers is bringing a new luxury townhome community to Plymouth, Massachusetts, with sales for The Pinehills — Broadleaf set to begin in fall 2025.

Homes come in three designs featuring lofts, flex rooms and first-floor primary suites. As part of the Pinehills development, Broadleaf offers residents access to tennis courts, a fitness center, championship public golf courses and walking trails.

Prices start in the low $900,000s.
