Winthrop Sargent announced the development of The Cottages at the Bay Club, a collection of luxury townhomes in the Bay Club golf community in Mattapoisett.

The 625-acre South Coast estate is designated as one of just two Certified Silver Audubon Signature Sanctuaries for wildlife in Massachusetts.

All 12 townhomes will feature 2,680 square feet of finished space plus an additional 600 square feet of unfinished space. With four homes already completed, Sargent expects full development by 2026.

The Cottages marks Sargent’s second Bay Club community. In 2019, he oversaw the development of Shag Bark Circle’s 32 residences.
