Delphi Construction has broken ground for a new multifamily project in Truro funded by the Truro Affordable Housing Trust Fund and the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development.

The Cloverleaf development, set to open late 2026, will offer 43 units including townhouses and apartments. Some units will be sold at market rate with the remaining units reserved for tenants earning either up to 60% or up to 100% of area median income.

Cloverleaf’s ADA compliant units and apartments that accommodate single-level living will help meet housing needs for seniors and older residents in the area.

The project also incorporates sustainable and energy-efficient building practices that comply with Enterprise Green Communities and Phius standards.
