Context Workshop secured over $11,000,000 in construction funding for a development that would create residential and retail spaces in North Andover. LandUP Capital advised on the deal.

Located at 149 Main Street, the project would create a three-story building featuring four commercial spaces and 24 residential units.

Developers expect construction to wrap up by late 2025.
