Diane Dabrowski of Charlton, a Realtor with ERA Key Realty Services in Charlton, has made the top 1% of all ERA Realtors worldwide.

In 2023, Dabrowski was the No. 2 Realtor for ERA Key, which has 300 agents. ERA Franchise Systems LLC has 40,000 agents in more than 2,200 offices. 

Dabrowski began her career with Charlton’s Realty World before establishing Alliance Realty, which later merged with ERA Key in 1990.

She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert, a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, a Certified Residential Specialist, a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative Manager.

Dabrowski has been the recipient of ERA’s Beyond Excellence Award and Board of Realtor awards for production, has consistently been on the company’s Leader’s Circle and the ERA Top Agent Circle. She has also received The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts’ REALTOR® Choice Award.

She has been honored with ERA Key’s Circle of Light Award for her volunteer efforts, dedicated in memory of her daughter, Emily. Dabrowski is also actively involved in raising funds for Pwoje Espwa Sud, an orphanage in Haiti. She also founded a scholarship fund for students at Shepherd Hill Regional High School in Dudley.
