Homebuyers often prioritize certain must-haves when looking for a home, and for those with or planning families, a reputable school district usually tops the list. That’s good news for Massachusetts homebuyers, as six of the most envied school districts in America are right here in the Bay State. 

Test Prep Insights surveyed thousands of parents to discover which school district they would choose if given the choice and compiled the list of 250 districts. 

The survey found the most sought-after districts included the wealthy suburbs of major cities, including the outskirts of Boston.

Lexington Public Schools and Brookline Public Schools broke the top 100 coming in at 78th and 85th respectively. 

Wellesley Public Schools ranked 130th, Hopkinton Public Schools ranked 138th, Newton Public Schools came in at 155 and Weston Public Schools at 156.
