William Raveis Real Estate has acquired Molisse Realty Group (MRG), a family-owned real estate company serving buyers and sellers on Boston’s North Shore and South Shore since 2008.

The acquisition expands the company’s Greater Boston region and brings three new offices to the company in Marshfield, Weymouth and Manchester-by-the-Sea, along with more than 60 agents. The move follows the company’s expansion in South Carolina and a Western Massachusetts acquisition this fall.  

With the acquisition, Brian Molisse, principal and MRG founder, will join William Raveis as a strategic growth coach and sales manager.

William Raveis offers award-winning marketing, technology resources, along with full-service mortgage and insurance companies. Clients will surely benefit from our extended capabilities and reach.”

William Raveis’ president of residential sales, Chris Raveis, said the company is very excited to begin its partnership with Brian Molisse and his team.

David Friend, senior VP for William Raveis-Massachusetts, explained that the partnership not only gives the company the No. 1 market share in Marshfield and Weymouth but also strengthens its luxury brand presence by opening another branch in Manchester-by-the-Sea.
