by Liz Hughes

Bryan Vitale has been named The Procopio Companies’ senior vice president of strategy and investments. The new position is part of the company’s continued growth and expansion across New England.

In this new role, Vitale will continue overseeing the company’s acquisitions team as well as be responsible for brand vision, investment strategy and corporate growth.

According to a company press release, “Vitale’s unique vision for reimagined multifamily living, coupled with his design and development experience, provides the ideal foundation for this new role and will put the firm in a position to more efficiently identify and maximize opportunities.”

Vitale joined Procopio in 2018 as a project manager and in 2021 was promoted to vice president of development.

“In recent years, Bryan has proved integral to Procopio’s expansion, including the management of key acquisitions throughout New England,” said Shelby Procopio, Procopio’s director of people and culture. “As we shift our strategic focus to new markets and asset classes, we will continue to rely on Bryan’s leadership to drive Procopio’s growth.”

Procopio has more than 1,480 units for sale and rent throughout New England with projects in Lynn and Haverhill, as well as Portland, Maine, planned through 2023.
