Boston-based Senné has hired Andy Elliot as the company’s new director of debt and structured finance. 

In this role, Elliot will lead commercial real estate debt and equity advisory services for the company’s capital solutions practices, where he will also be responsible for developing, leading and managing the service line, according to a company release. 

Elliot has spent more than 13 years in the commercial real estate finance advisory industry, most recently as vice president at Goedecke & Co. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University. 

“Andy Elliot’s notable experience and entrepreneurial spirit fit right in at Senné,” Senné President and CEO William Senné said in the release. “We’re looking forward to watching him augment our capital solutions service lines.” 

A Hebron, Conn., native, Elliott lives in Somerville with his family.
