Mortgage Network names new senior loan officer

by Liz Hughes

Mortgage Network announced the addition of Patrick Tobin as a senior loan officer in the company’s Danvers, Mass., office. In his new role, Tobin will focus on home-financing needs in Greater Boston, Cape Cod and the South Shore.

Tobin, who has more than a decade in the mortgage industry, was previously a senior loan originator at Cardinal Financial Co.. He is also licensed in Florida, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Hampshire. In a release, he said that while today’s housing market continues to be extremely competitive, there are opportunities for those who are prepared.

“I always tell my clients to get pre-approved as early as possible and work with a loan officer who will thoroughly analyze their situation,” Tobin said. “This way, they can confidently make an offer on a home and have the best opportunity to get into contract. It’s also important to find a loan officer who is available when needed, which is why I make myself accessible to clients seven days a week. In a busy market like this, availability couldn’t be more important.”

A Boston native, Tobin grew up on Cape Cod and attended Stonehill College.

“Patrick is a dedicated professional with a strong history of delivering excellent customer service, which makes him a fantastic addition to our Mortgage Network team,” Executive Vice President Brian Koss said in the release. “I have no doubt Patrick will have a huge impact here and will help continue our tradition of ensuring every customer we serve has a satisfying experience.”
