This Week in Boston Real Estate: Boulevard nears completion on the waterfront, MassMutual consolidation and more

by Tanya Marchiol

Boulevard’s boutique building at 110 Broad St. beside the Rose Kennedy Greenway in downtown Boston officially topped off this week. The development’s position between the financial district and the waterfront made it an attractive location. The luxury development replaced a four-story building and a 19th-century warehouse that Charles Bulfinch designed, which Boulevard implemented into the facade of its lobby and amenity spaces. The Boulevard’s amenities include concierge service, a club room, a fitness center, a pet spa and an underground parking garage featuring the largest automated guided vehicle system of its kind in Boston, with room for 48 vehicles. The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, European kitchens with gas cooking and bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms.

Last year, she was recognized by The Wall Street Journal for client satisfaction. She has also dedicated time to the advisory boards, as well as earned professional designations including ABR, SRS, and Cartus relocation and affinity designations.
  • Massachusetts-based insurance company MassMutual recently announced plans to spend nearly $240 million to renovate its existing headquarters in Springfield and build new offices on the South Boston waterfront, The Boston Herald reported. The 300,000-square-foot building will be on Fan Pier near the federal courthouse. The development will hold about 1,000 employees and are expected to include executive offices.
