Every year, the Boston Business Journal names the fastest-growing private companies in Massachusetts; and while multiple real estate and real estate-related companies made the list this year, only one residential brokerage out of Boston was named among the state’s fastest growing.
That company was RE/MAX Leading Edge, owned by industry veterans Paul Mydelski, Linda O’Koniewski, Eileen Hamblin and Steve Chuha.
Not only was RE/MAX Leading Edge the fastest-growing (and fifth largest) residential brokerage in Massachusetts, according to its Facebook page, it is also the fastest-growing RE/MAX franchise in New England.
The other two real estate companies on the list were commercial brokerage Albany Road Real Estate Partners, and commercial construction company Commodore Builders.
