Victor Divine, Broker Associate

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate

Real estate is more than a career. It’s a passion sparked by a simple book that forever changed Victor Divine’s life. Growing up without exposure to the industry, he never imagined becoming a Realtor. But being given “Rich Dad Poor Dad” as a graduation gift, Divine was captivated. That inspiration, combined with an accounting degree and an MBA, propelled him into a 14-year career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate, where he’s currently a broker associate.

Divine’s journey began in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, where he balanced his real estate startup while completing his MBA. Moving back to Boston, he established himself as a community expert, particularly in Roslindale, where he’s lived for over a decade. His experience as a homeowner in the area deepened his market knowledge, making him a trusted resource for first-time buyers and step-up sellers navigating the complexities of real estate. His specialties include condo conversions, where he guides sellers through evaluating, renovating and maximizing their property’s potential.

Divine’s dedication has earned top accolades, including a spot in the top 1% of Berkshire Hathaway agents globally and recognition among America’s Best Real Estate Professionals’ top 1.5% of Realtors in the U.S. Known for his patient, education-first approach, he says clients praise his ability to simplify the sometimes-daunting real estate processes, ensuring they feel confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, Divine is passionate about giving back. As founder of the Mary Ellen Wallace Foundation, he runs workshops on financial literacy and college prep for students of color in Boston. A devoted husband of 10 years and father of three adventurous sons, Divine cherishes traveling with his family, with whom he’s visited over 30 countries. He also enjoys watching Celtics games, exploring the outdoors, coaching youth basketball and running marathons.
