Nicole Vermillion, Realtor

Lamacchia Realty

West Roxbury native Nicole Vermillion holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Boston University and knows the metropolitan area inside and out — from its illustrious downtown to its idyllic suburbs. After graduating from college, she worked as a project manager for a construction company and bought her first home at age 24. “The process of buying my first home truly sparked something in me and catapulted me into real estate to help first-time homebuyers like me,” she shares.

Calling on the skills she developed as a project manager, homeowner and investor, Vermillion serves residential clientele in South Shore, Boston proper and MetroWest. She has a specialty for helping clients buying and selling simultaneously, as well as first-time homebuyers. “I think my ability to relate to my clients and come from a genuine desire to do what is best for people is what drives my success,” she says. Known for smooth management of every step in the process, she further differentiates herself with continued client service after each transaction.

Vermillion, who has been featured in TV news interviews for her business savvy, consistently gives back to her community with events and fundraisers for organizations such as DOVE and Interfaith Social Services in Quincy. She earned Lamacchia Realty’s Meghan A. Martin award for showing compassion, working to better the community and committing to helping others and currently serves as a trustee for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors’ Charitable Foundation.

A mother of three, Vermillion considers being a mom her life’s passion. She’s proud to have enjoyed a memorable vacation at Disney World with her family in 2024. In her spare time, she enjoys reading historical fiction and honoring clients and community with appreciation events.
