Growing up in Boston, Markese Daise witnessed how real estate can transform neighborhoods and create long-term financial security for residents. That realization motivated him to become both a broker, to help others navigate the complexities of real estate investing and build generational wealth, as well as an investor. His niche is assisting investors with multi-family properties and developers with representation in the Boston area.
“Living and working here, I have built strong relationships and an extensive network, which helps me navigate the market effectively and identify valuable opportunities for buyers and sellers,” says Daise, broker/owner of Stony Brook & Lennox Realty Advisors. Among the National Association of Real Estate Broker’s (NAREB) 2024 Top 10 Commercial/Multifamily Brokers, he has 12 years of experience in real estate. He previously worked in corporate accounting for a real estate firm that developed some of the world’s largest Class A towers.
“I leveraged my financial expertise to analyze deals, identify opportunities and negotiate successfully for my clients on both the buy and sell side,” he says. “Over the years, I’ve built a reputation as a top-producing broker specializing in multi-family investment sales, helping investors maximize returns and guiding sellers through high-stake transactions.”
Ultimately, his motivation stems from his desire to create impact — helping people make informed investment decisions while contributing to the growth and development of the Boston real estate market. Whether he’s assisting a first-time investor or a seasoned property owner, clients know they can rely on him to navigate challenges, anticipate market trends and execute transactions with precision.
Daise is on the board of City Kids, a nonprofit that provides educational resources and unique experiences for children in Boston. This year, he’ll launch Lennox’s Play & Learn Foundation, a program that donates educational toys and gaming consoles to underserved children.
