A new construction specialist who is selling her fourth subdivision, Kimberly Gravel assisted over 50 new construction homes, from design to completion, throughout her 11-year career. She also has extensive experience with probate and estate sales. “I have a passion for assisting the 55-plus population, whether buying/selling simultaneously or transitioning to independent living or long-term care,” Gravel explains.

This past year, Gravel and her husband watched their daughter and son graduate and begin adulthood. Her greatest joy is time spent with family and friends. She’s also ecstatic when riding ATVs with her family in the mountains of Maine, golfing, playing pickleball or enjoying the serenity of the beach anytime.
