East Coast native Suzanne Troyer has called Boston home for close to 25 years, and her passion for Boston real estate began almost as soon as she arrived. She was hooked when she bought her first condo in the South End in 2001 while working in the finance industry as an equity trader, and after 15 more years of success in finance, she made the career change to real estate.

Since then, Troyer has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, investors and developers in more than 190 transactions amounting to over $180 million in sales in Hingham, Cohasset, Scituate, Marshfield, the South End, Back Bay, South Boston, Beacon Hill, the Waterfront, the Seaport District, Midtown and Brookline. Her affiliation with COMPASS’s Hingham and Back Bay offices gives Troyer a competitive edge to collaborate with agents across many markets and stay on top of the latest intel.

Years of residing in the area has given Troyer an abundance of knowledge about Boston and the South Shore, and her experience purchasing, renovating and selling her own investment property contributes to her skill set. Troyer uses her local knowledge, eye for details and knack for numbers from her years in the securities industry to ensure that her buyer and seller clients receive the best service possible.

The multi-year Boston magazine Top Agent award winner is ranked among the top 1.5 percent of 1.6 million realtors nationwide by Real Trends and is among the Top 50 Realtors on the South Shore. Always learning, Troyer recently earned her broker’s license to better serve her clients.

Troyer lives in Hingham with her husband, two boys and their black labs Moby and Frankie. She is an avid tennis player and skier, active in the community and a frequent school volunteer and committee member.
