Kennedy immigrated to Boston in 1985 and settled with her husband in Dorchester. Together they have built and remodeled homes in Beacon Hill, Newton, Wellesley, Westwood, Milton, Quincy and Canton, where they currently reside.

Kennedy’s husband, William, is a general contractor. His passion for homebuilding and renovations inspired Anne to get involved in real estate. Her work alongside her husband has given her an in-depth knowledge of the construction process, from the foundation to the roof. Her ability to see the potential in older homes allows her to suggest renovations to transform a dated home into a dream home.

Along with her knowledge of homes, Kennedy knows numbers. A financial controller for over 20 years, she specialized in construction accounting and tax preparation for individuals and corporations.

Over the years, Kennedy has established a reputation as a hardworking real estate professional with unsurpassable industry knowledge. A top producer at Coldwell Banker Realty, she is an International President’s Elite Award recipient and was named to the Top 100 Coldwell Banker Agents in New England. In 2023 she was recognized on the Real Trends – America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list as one of the top 1.5% of agents in the U.S.

A cancer survivor herself, Kennedy is a proud supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A portion of every sale she makes is donated to the organization. She volunteers with the Newton Food Pantry and supports community outreach organizations throughout the Greater Boston area. When not working, Kennedy enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and children, Christina and Bryan.
