Serving the New Hampshire Lakes Region, Kate Perrine didn’t begin her career in real estate until after retiring from her career in healthcare and emergency services. “I felt it was time to settle down and begin a career that I could work in long past retirement,” she says. “I finished up my courses and began working the minute I was licensed.”

Perrine became interested in working in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire when she started boating years ago. “I love going there so often, I decided to retire here,” she says. “When the perfect opportunity fell into my lap to build a home in the Lakes Region, I jumped in and am enjoying every minute of living and working here.”

Licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Perrine considers herself an expert on the Lakes Region. She also belongs to the Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce.

For Perrine, client relationships come naturally. “I love every aspect of this job,” she says. “I love the journey I am on and my life is very happy. I believe this radiates to others.”

In the past year, Perrine earned the status of Top Producer at Lamacchia Realty and joined the ranks of the President Club Elite. Despite a challenging market, she’s extremely proud to have placed so many families in homes.

“I believe I am an authentic soul, and I’m friendly and approachable,” Perrine says. “I enjoy what I do for a living and believe it shows.”
