Kelly Dimbat attributes her success to her calmness of mind. After 10 years as an independent broker, Dimbat doesn’t hesitate when making decisions. “You won’t find me wasting a moment, but that doesn’t mean I don’t take my time,” she admits. “I am never going to make my clients feel rushed, but I am going to remind them of their original goals.” Described as trustworthy and knowledgeable, she takes the stress out of the real estate process.
An associate broker with Lamacchia Realty, Dimbat has been in real estate for 19 years and is known as a residential expert throughout Middlesex County. “When working with new buyers, I spend an hour walking through the process and explaining how I can help them more than the average agent,” she explains. “When meeting with sellers, I describe how we increase marketing over other companies, which ultimately brings in more money for them.”
Dimbat’s sales career started at a young age and included running a band-booking business while also selling cell phones in the ’90s. “Both sales jobs kept me busy talking with all kinds of people, day and night,” she remembers, and that prepared her for a path in real estate. Doubling her business in 2021, Dimbat had sales reaching $21 million, which brought her into the company’s President’s Club and earned her a trip for two to Aruba. “I also won the company referral contest for sending out the most referrals, both in the U.S. and internationally,” she shares. This included Nashville, the Carolinas, Vermont and Florida, as well as Puerto Rico and Portugal.
Outside of work, Dimbat pursues her love of music. Already a guitar player, she started playing piano five years ago. While she considers a show she performed with her husband at a Christmas party to be the highlight of her year, “My personal goal,” she reveals, “is to write a hit song.”
