Uniquely able to anticipate his clients’ needs, Joe Scapicchio brings personalized attention to everyone in his care. Scapicchio joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential as a rookie Realtor and premium hospitality veteran of over 20 years, most recently as a private attendant in the owner’s box at Fenway Park. Serving buyers, sellers and investors in Boston and on the North Shore, he remarks, “Working in customer service for so long taught me how to establish and maintain relationships — not only with friends, family and clients, but with peers, trades workers and all the professionals who collaborate to create a seamless experience.”
Born in Nahant and raised in Swampscott, Scapicchio now resides in Salem. He describes all three towns, and downtown Boston, as rich with possibilities. He exceeded his company cap this year with the sale of 1766-1768 Commonwealth Ave. in Newton for $1.35 million, represented both sides of an $800k waterfront property in Swampscott that sold for $1 million within 24 hours of listing, and sold a lifelong friend’s multiplex property in Lynn for $25k over asking within two days. His diligence, compassion and professionalism earned him a Rookie of the Year nomination, as well as referrals from brokers and senior associates. “I’m driven to leave a legacy for my niece and nephews,” he says of his motivation.
Scapicchio engages locally as a Freemason, a regular yoga practitioner and a member of the YMCA in Marblehead. He also appreciates the outdoors with family and friends. A global adventurer, he loves new experiences and seeks opportunities to serve others. He enjoyed planning his 20th high school reunion and looks forward to continued adventures and evolution. “I feel grateful and blessed for everything I’ve experienced in my life so far,” he shares.
Scapicchio recently ranked in the top 12% of all agents in the BHHS network, earning the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leading Edge Society Award.
