Kelley has lived in Central MA her whole life. After earning a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, she began a career in management of commercial and residential real estate in the Boston, Worcester, Western MA and Providence areas. After her youngest daughter was born, she decided to make the transition to residential sales. “I knew I had to position myself so that I could put my children first. Also, my dad was a business owner for 41 years, so that really inspired me to finally take ownership of my career.”

This past year, Kelley made President’s Club at Lamacchia Realty and earned the Top Producer Award for the Realtor Association of Central MA in 2020, 2021, and 2022. She says her ability to stay calm under pressure is one of her greatest strengths in real estate, but rarely is she all business. “Been there and done that in my previous career,” she laughs.

In her free time, Kelley loves to volunteer with Project Purple, an organization that works to fight pancreatic cancer, as well as the Pan Mass Challenge, St. Jude’s Hospital, and Horizons for Homeless Children. Working with homeless children has always been a cause very close to her heart since she was a young teenager. “My home has always been my sanctuary, and I believe that every person in this world deserves to know that feeling,” she says. “I am driven every day by what I can do to help others…at the end of the work day, it’s not about the transaction for me, it’s about the people involved.”
