Francisco J. Rosa, Partner & Owner
Andrew C. Taing, Partner & Owner
Co-owners and partners at Rosa & Taing Law LLC, Francisco J. Rosa and Andrew C. Taing have 15 years of real estate law experience combined and serve Spanish-, Cambodian- and English-speaking residential real estate clients throughout Massachusetts from their firm’s Lowell and Revere locations.
Originally from El Salvador, Rosa began his real estate career in sales before finding his place as a paralegal and, ultimately, an attorney. “As a lawyer, I try to help people acquire an asset that can open doors to many opportunities like becoming a landlord or investor,” he says. “Many people end up becoming financially independent because of real estate. It is an investment for a lifetime, not only for you, but your family and your future.” In addition to practicing real estate law, Rosa works in immigration law and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as well as president of the board for the immigration advocacy nonprofit Centro Presente.
Both Rosa and Taing are efficient and flexible, meeting with their buyers, sellers and investors at whatever time is most convenient for all, no matter the day or time.
Co-leading their team of six, Taing got his start as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm before partnering with Rosa to meet local immigrant communities’ demands for multilingual real estate attorneys. In 2018, Taing was ranked among the Top 40 Under 40 personal injury attorneys by the American Academy of Attorneys. He splits his time between multiple practice areas, including immigration, personal injury, bankruptcy and domestic relations. “Working with me is like working with a friend,” says Taing, adding that his attentiveness and customer service have been rewarded through referrals from bankers, real estate agents and investors. Taing sits on the boards of Cambodia Town Lowell and the Miss Cambodian-American Northeast Pageant.
