As the brother and sister behind Earle Coppola Real Estate LLC, Robert Earle Coppola and Nancy D. Coppola represent the best of what a family business can be. Natives of the Boston area, Robert and Nancy have a combined 21 years of professional industry experience and grew up immersed in their family’s own real estate contracting business. “This gives us a great advantage over other agents and brokers,” explains Robert, noting that in addition to advising on buying, selling, renting, leasing and relocating, they also provide expertise on a property’s physical structure. “Many times, repairs are needed that the buyer may not notice, but it will not be overlooked by the trained eye.”
Working with a range of buyers and sellers, including investors and flippers, Robert and Nancy are as prepared to assist first-time homebuyers as they are to assist empty nesters looking to downsize or relocate out of state. The duo is known for their 24/7 availability and honesty, building up a referral-heavy client base through satisfied customers. This year, they were able to place a Newton police officer in his first home, and seven months later, helped his father, a Waltham police officer, purchase the house next door. “There are times when you are proud of a sale not because of the price and the money, but because it brings you pride and joy to help people you care about,” says Robert.
The Coppolas are active in their communities and support multiple charities and organizations.
This year, Robert welcomed his first son to the family. Both Robert and Nancy are loyal to their extended families and enjoy spending as much time as they can with their siblings, parents and grandparents.
