Traci Shulkin, founder of The Traci Shulkin Group of Benoit Mizner Simon & Co., is an award-winning Realtor with 11 years of industry experience. Specializing in the Weston, Wellesley, Wayland, Newton, Needham and Natick markets, Shulkin works with an assortment of clients including first-time buyers, families, luxury buyers and sellers, and those looking to downsize or move to the city.

Known for her creative marketing solutions and ability to access off-market properties, Shulkin uses every resource at her disposal to ensure her clients’ success. “My biggest accomplishment this year was when, as a listing agent, I negotiated a buyer up $1 million to get the deal done,” she says. “There was nothing better than seeing the big smile on my seller’s face.”

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Shulkin worked in the financial industry at Goldman Sachs and Fidelity. However, the potential to work directly with clients and indulge her love of design and real estate all at once drew her to switch fields. “I feel very fortunate to have found my passion,” she says.
This past year, Shulkin started The Traci Shulkin Group, leading a team of driven agents while managing her own roster of buyers and sellers. Shulkin has previously ranked as the No. 1 sales associate at Benoit Mizner Simon and has received the BOLD award every year since the firm opened in 2010. She is a member of CJP, WEEFC, and Boston Children’s Hospital League.

As a mother of three, Shulkin takes great pride in watching her children grow up. “Each year is full of changes, challenges and lots of laughter,” she says.
