A full-time Cape Cod resident for more than 25 years, Jane Bodrie has always enjoyed working with people. She remembers her parents interacting with travelers as innkeepers in Ogunquit, Maine, and watching her father work transactions as a real estate broker. “Those experiences, combined with my career as an international flight attendant traveling to Europe and the Middle East every week, really honed my people skills,” Bodrie shares. Licensed in real estate since 1986, she began selling in 2001, one week after retiring from the airlines.

As a Realtor with Sotheby’s International Realty Cape Cod, Bodrie specializes in high-end waterfront listings, investment properties, and permanent residences throughout Sandwich, Barnstable, Yarmouth Port, and the north side of Cape Cod. Known for her sincerity, honesty, and clear communication style, she credits most of her success to personal referrals of past clients and professional referrals from other agents within Sotheby’s. “I have many repeat clients,” she insists. “I’ve actually made seven transactions within one or more families.”

Consistently ranking as a top Cape Cod producer, Bodrie ranked in the top 1% in 2020, in the top 3% in 2022, and among the top 5% in 2023 in all of Cape Cod. She believes in giving back to her community by consistently contributing from every one of her sales to Cape Kids Meals.

Crediting her success to client service, Bodrie is committed to always going the extra mile for her clients. “I do what it takes,” she admits. “Everything from assisting with staging to preparing the property and making recommendations from my cache of painters, cleaners, and other professional services.” When not working, she enjoys traveling and sailing with her husband, and loving her golden retriever, Stella.
