As CEO of Venture, Jared Phillips is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the brokerage. Committed to staying ahead of industry trends, embracing new technologies and implementing innovative strategies to drive growth, Phillips is always seeking opportunities to elevate the real estate experience and exceed expectations of both clients and his team of over 200 agents. Venture serves buyers and sellers, from first-time to luxury, in all of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
“I am deeply passionate about mentorship and education,” says Phillips. “I take great pride in supporting the professional development of our team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and thrive in their careers.”
Since launching Venture in 2017, Phillips has established a vibrant company ethos based upon altruism, innovation, local expertise and reliability. He has overseen the closings of upwards of over $600 million in transactions throughout his four-state territory. “With great effort and determination, we plan to expand our brand to other New England states and secure our presence for years to come,” Phillips says.
In the past year, he has welcomed more than 50 additional agents to the team and appeared on the cover of New England’s Top Agent Magazine.
Recognized for his forward-thinking and selfless approach to business, Phillips has created one of the most progressive compensation packages in the country. “Our agents receive 90% of the commission regardless of production, and 100% of the commission after they achieve a $10,000 commission cap,” adds Phillips.
Living the brand, the company’s charitable arm, Venture Cares, provided more than 100 backpacks to students across six school districts in two states in 2023. It also supported a holiday food drive to help families in need during the holiday season. In 2024, Venture Cares will continue its commitment to making a positive impact by expanding its initiatives and reaching even more individuals and communities in need.
