In 2023, the Zack Harwood Real Estate group achieved a combined $41 million in sales, placing their team in the top half of 1% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents worldwide. Based in Boston’s Back Bay, the Zack Harwood Real Estate group serves clients across Boston, Brookline and the Greater Boston area.

Regarding their team, Zack notes: “Together, we serve a rapidly growing client base while providing a high level of customer service across Boston, Brookline and surrounding suburbs.”

When asked about what has contributed to his team’s success in real estate, Zack says it’s putting their clients’ needs first and providing expert guidance in navigating the fast-paced Boston metro real estate market. “Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, having personalized communication and guidance towards achieving your goals is key,” he says. “In this market, it’s easy to get tripped up without an agent that’s truly in your corner.”

The group surpassed over $156 million in all-time sales in 2023.

Zack was named Boston Agent Magazine’s Industry MVP in 2023, and Carly was named Boston Agent Magazine’s “Rookie of the Year” the preceding year.

Before real estate, Zack worked for the HomeGoods division at The TJX Companies for nearly a decade. As a buyer, he traveled internationally to negotiate millions of dollars of inventory purchases with importers, wholesalers and manufacturers.

A resident of Boston for the past 13 years, Zack lives in West Roxbury with his wife, Katie; his daughters, Eva and Andi; and the family dog, Eddie.

Prior to joining Zack at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential, Carly gained 3 years of experience at a local branch of a national real estate firm, primarily working with buyers across the Greater Boston area.

Carly is a homeowner in Wellesley, where she lives with her husband, Tyler; their daughter, Scarlett; and their dog, Henry.
