20 years after she herself relocated to the Boston area, Danielle Schlesier, a realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty, uses her decades of knowledge to help house hunters find new places to call home. With her extensive experience in communications and sales, she’s been able to find success in the real estate industry after years of interest. “I had decided that my background would serve me well in real estate, and with several family members in the business, it was a natural transition,” she says.

According to her clients, Schlesier consistently takes time to listen to them and identify their needs and concerns, further building a relationship of trust and understanding. She simplifies the otherwise daunting and stressful process and guides her clients through an exciting and fun moment in their lives. This hands-on approach has allowed Schlesier to garner most of her business through referrals and reach new heights in the Boston real estate industry.

Schlesier’s biggest professional accomplishment was achieving more than $23 million in sales this past year. She serves on the board of the Brookline Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service. She has also been recognized throughout the years with numerous sales awards. Most recently, she placed in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and was recognized as one of the International President’s Elite.

With her ability to combine her prior careers as a TV news reporter and medical salesperson, she’s proven she has the skills necessary to succeed in real estate. She even stepped back in front of the camera recently and appeared on an episode of HGTV’s “House Hunters.” As she states, “Real estate runs in my blood and I love it.”
