From serving as a registered nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital, to ensuring top-notch customer service for her clients, Wendy Oleksiak’s caring nature shines through. She started in real estate seven years ago. First working with friends and family, she grew her business exponentially through referrals. Oleksiak places the same emphasis on problem prevention in real estate that she did when working in healthcare — a credit to her business savvy.
Dealing in a multitude of property types, Oleksiak serves the South Shore and Boston metro areas with knowledge and pizzazz. Having lived on the South Shore for more than 20 years and owning both residential and investment properties across this market, she is able to assist a wide range of clientele with ease. She quips, “We understand the unique needs that come with different chapters in home ownership and strive to provide the highest level of personalized, sophisticated and confidential real estate support available.” She credits her ability to quickly adapt and successfully match clients with the best industry professionals to much of her success, and strives to honor client timelines. A self-proclaimed “devoted coffee drinker,” she brings high-energy and responsiveness to her work. She admits, “if I’m not on the phone, computer or meeting a client, I literally don’t know how else to entertain myself!”
Oleksiak’s clients can expect a low-pressure experience due in part to the supportive and dynamic team she works with, who share similar core values and work ethic. When not strategizing her next deal, Oleksiak — a life-long learner who “reads like crazy” — finds the time to give back. She serves as co-president of the Beacon Hill Women’s Forum, co-chair of the Chestnuts membership team, as well as on the Scituate Board of Health and also volunteers with the Scituate Alliance of Natural Disaster Services.
