CENTURY 21 Cityside merges with CENTURY 21 Cahill Associates

by Liz Hughes

Back Bay’s Century 21 Cityside has merged with CENTURY 21 Cahill Associates, formerly of Dorchester, the company announced this week.

The two family-owned franchises, which have a combined 80 years of real estate experience, are merging their two offices into one Back Bay location. With the merger, the company says it will focus on providing “extraordinary service to homebuyers, sellers and property investors with a heightened level of service to its clients,” according to the announcement.

CENTURY 21 Cahill Associates owner David Cahill said he’s excited to again be part of a family business after spending much of his career in one. “What CENTURY 21 Cityside has done with their business is what any other brokerage should be proud to accomplish, and I look forward to continuing to grow my business here,” he said. Cahill brings 18 years of experience to the company, as well as a decade of being a top producer.

“David embodies what a leader is, and he is well-respected by other Realtors,” said Collin Bray, an owner of CENTURY 21 CItyside. “His many years of experience with family businesses make our new strategic partnership that much stronger.”
