Boston-based DREAM Collaborative, a minority-owned architecture, planning and real estate development platform, began what it calls its “next phase of growth” with a new leadership team.

Greg Minott, DREAM’s Managing Principal and Co-Founder, will continue to lead development strategy, capital partnerships and long-term growth initiatives.

Fellow Co-Founder and Principal Troy Depeiza will continue his focus on client relationships, applying 30 years of experience to advance DREAM projects.

As Senior Director of Architecture Practice, Rania Qawasma will lead DREAM’s architectural practice with a focus on community-centered and affordable housing.

Thea Massouh will lead DREAM’s adaptive reuse efforts to reimagine existing and historic buildings.

“DREAM Collaborative will continue expanding its work across housing, healthcare, institutional, lab and lab-adjacent projects, adaptive reuse, and community-centered mixed-use development,” the firm said in a press release. “Building on its strong New England foundation, the firm is advancing select national engagements and international collaborations where DREAM’s integrated architecture–development model, public-sector fluency, and community-centered approach add unique value.”
