Senné kicked off the new year with the addition of two new agents at the brokerage’s Arlington office.

The former broker/owner of Renaissance Realty, John Montanaro, joined Senné as a senior associate. He’s licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has over 36 years of industry experience.

“John delivers exceptional service to his clients at the intersection where local knowledge meets lasting value,” said William Senné, president and CEO of Senné. “His background allows him to assess homes with precision — beyond trends — helping buyers and sellers make confident, well-informed decisions in competitive New England markets.”

Chelmsford-based Eric Daley will also operate as a senior associate. He has a background in computer engineering and technology and earned his real estate license in 2017 after purchasing his first rental property.

“With a background in computer engineering technology and management technology, Eric brings a rare blend of analytical rigor and people-first perspective to every client relationship,” said Senné.
