SERHANT. opened a Boston office — its first location in Massachusetts and a major step in the company’s wider New England expansion.

The location will launch with a team of over 30 agents claiming a collective $500 million in sales volume over the last year, according to a press release.

Christopher J. Delaney will serve as managing director of the region. He recently held the regional director position at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Boston.

Ryan Serhant, the founder and CEO of SERHANT. and star of Netflix’s real estate reality series, “Owning Manhattan,” grew up in Topsfield, Massachusetts. He called the Massachusetts expansion of his company a “homecoming.”

“Boston is where my real entrepreneurial story began, growing up on the North Shore, learning to drive on Route 128 with no on-ramps, and I couldn’t be more excited to open SERHANT. here,” he said. “We are the country’s only AI-first real estate brokerage, supporting our agent and client-obsessed approach. Boston’s legacy demands a future-built platform, and this launch sets a new standard for elite agents while elevating the luxury experience for buyers, sellers, developers and owners across Massachusetts.”
