Worcester local Rudy Salman joined ERA Key Realty and will work out of the brokerage’s Worcester office.

Salman has a retail background and currently holds a position as operations supervisor at TJX Companies.

“One reason I joined ERA Key is because the company seeks to make a positive impact in the neighborhoods it serves,” Salman said in a press release. “Being part of a team that is dedicated to serving the local community is important to me as well.”
