Daphna Fields is vice president of brokerage development at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. She has more than two decades of experience cultivating talent, maximizing profits and managing high-volume, multi-region organizations.
Fields began her career in 2000 as an award-winning sales associate at DeWolfe Real Estate and Coldwell Banker. In 2006, she rose to management roles at the firm’s Waltham and Jamaica Plain offices, which she led to No. 1 in “per person productivity” and No. 10 in closed units, nationally. She also served as regional vice president of Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island at Coldwell Banker New England, where she oversaw sales and operations of 23 offices, 16 managers, 30 administrators and 1,000 sales agents.
She is the Chair of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Government Affairs Committee and has served as a Board of Directors member of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and the NAR Large Residential Firms Forum.
Fields is a graduate of Ascend, a 46-week executive leadership program offered by Realogy (now Anywhere) and fluent in Hebrew and Italian. She has lived in Ghana, Italy, Israel and New York City and holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a master’s degree from Brandeis University.
Fields has called Massachusetts home since 1988 and resides in Needham with her husband, Michael; they have a daughter and son.
