Bulfinch Companies has announced 10 team promotions, 70% of which are women.
Bulfinch signed a CREW CEO Pledge for Action in 2021 seeking to advance women by “holding the industry accountable for implementing initiatives that support diversity, equity and inclusion, and measuring and evaluating progress,” according to a company press release. This year the company also signed the Boston Women’s Workforce Council’s 100% Talent Compact, “a pledge to help remove visible and invisible barriers to women’s advancement in the industry.”
