Coldwell Banker Realty appoints new regional vice president

Coldwell Banker Realty has announced Jill Courville has been named regional vice president of the company’s South Shore and Rhode Island region. In her new role, Courville will oversee 22 offices and 945 sales associates. 

“Jill was a top real estate agent who then went on to become one of the most effective coaches in our industry,” Pauline Bennett, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in New England, said in a press release. “Her values as an educator and leader align with Coldwell Banker Realty’s core values: helping agents achieve greater production power and personal finances while being part of an awesome company culture.”

Courville’s 20-year real estate career includes working as an agent, manager, consultant, leader and leadership coach, coaching both industry newcomers and seasoned professionals while increasing profitability and maintaining work-life balance. 

Courville most recently served as a leadership coach at MAPS Coaching, working with real estate leaders across North America. 

As a team leader with Keller Williams, she earned the prestigious Black Belt award and grew two market centers to the top tier in profitability. Courville also worked with Keller Williams as a leadership and recruitment consultant.
